SIM MECCANICA s.r.l.
Sim Meccanica S.r.l. was founded in 1980 in Ternate (VA). It combined the work experience of people who have been working  to the construction of  molds and  construction of special machines for a long time.
Our company is specialized in the construction of  progressive, block and transfer  dies for cold sheet metal  deformation , as well as  in the construction of special machines and  complete lines.
Our company uses high-techology machines of recent construction and concept, machines  which are constantly re-newed to be  always  at the forefront. Our technical department has at its disposal computers with two-dimensional and three-dimensional CAD programs which can satisfy any need of our customers and our  high selected staff is  qualified and motivated to achieve the goals set by the company.
What we ask to our customer is to let us have a sample or to illustrate us the  characteristics of the part  to be realized. From that moment onwards,  with the help of our advanced design studies, the ideas and needs   requested   by the customer start to take shape and consistency. We have the possibility to run  and test  the created product.
The produced part is subject to accurate dimensional check with our CMM  measuring machine, all this to grant  our customers  the highest precision and high quality standards. For the molds construction we use  the highest reliability criteria and materials.
Together with the molds, we hand over to the customer the assembly drawing and bills of materials,  upon request also on magnetic support. A copy of the same is hold in our files  to facilitate any  customer’s request  for spare parts.   The same criteria are also applied to the construction of the  special machines.
We will hand over to  the customers the complete layouts of the lines and  the  technical assistance and personnel training for the personnel  in charge to use  the equipment.
Our specialized technicians  will go to the customer’s facility  to install, train and make the run-off  production  of dies and machines and will be at the customer’s disposal  for solving  problems that may arise.
